Can I quash an ex parte subpoena if I have not been served yet?

I have been made aware of a civil lawsuit that has been filed on me through websites such as rfcexpress and PACER. A company is trying to subpoena my bank records although I have not been served yet. They have filed for an ex parte subpoena. Is there anyway I can quash it if I have not yet been served?
