Applying for RN state licensure in KY, I have to do a FBI background check with fingerprints, what all will show up?

To make an extremely long story as short as I can, I am applying for my RN license very very soon. I have to do a FBI fingerprint background check. Years ago when I was 17 I was charged as an adult with 2 felonies and 5 misdeameaors all of a bogus nature. I was arrested, but a couple months later received a letter in the mail that the charges were dropped. I then got my record expunged. I have had no problems with any of my charges ever showing up on regular background checks, but they did not involve FBI fingerprinting. I do not want to disclose this information on my licensure application if I do not have to. But- if it shows up and I lied I and being fraudulent. But the KBN says a conviction is if I have pled guilty, nolo, or went to court. None of those apply. HELP ME!!

If the expungement order included exclusion of your fingerprints, they may have been sealed. I would go run a record check on myself at the local police department where you were arrested/cited and see for yourself. I would also request a statewide record check at: Kentucky Court of JusticeAdministrative Office of the CourtsCriminal Record Reports Criminal Record Reports The Administrative Office of the Courts offers criminal record reports to individuals, businesses, licensing agencies, government entities and others for a nominal fee of $20. The information comes from CourtNet, the AOC’s statewide database that collects court information from the local case management system in all 120 Kentucky counties. The CourtNet database contains more than 4 million records that cover all misdemeanor and traffic cases for at least the last five years and felonies dating back to 1978. Criminal record reports are based on your historic court activity and do not contain driving or arrest records.
