My T-visa and H1B were both approved. What is my status?
My T visa for human trafficking was approved and a day after my H1B was approved. Does last action rule apply in my case? What is my status? Can I still cancel my H1B?

Talk to the lawyer that processed the H papers, or the one that processed the T papers ... or, better yet ... have the 2 of them talk to each other.

Both of them are valid. With your T visa, you will ultimately be able to adjust status in the US.
