In my EAD at the bottom of the card they put "Not valid for reentry to U.S." My L2 visa and EAD expires in june 2013.

Relax. What is meant by the annotation on your EAD simply means that one cannot, without having an otherwise valid visa stamp allowing one to return to the US , just use the EAD card to be readmitted to the US. You are OK for returning and being readmitted since your L2 visa will still be valid when you return after your 3 month trip. Your EAD will also be still valid until June.

Your EAD itself cannot be used to enter the United States. You must present a valid visa to re-enter the U.S. Your EAD continues to be valid through its expiration date. ----------- Jeffrey A.
