the lease has a specific start date and end date one year later march 1st 1993 end date February 28 1994 , I was told that after a year another lease would be written and would only be for me and my wife and that my parents would be taken off. well after 19 years i still have the original lease and it was never changed. now we are going through an eviction and they are trying to go after my parents also is this lease still valid after 19 years ?

Your parents are not responsible for payment on a contract that terminated 19 years ago. What happens is that after the lease expires, if the landlord continues to take rent, the terms of the lease still define the rights and obligations under the tenancy, but the guarantors are off the hook. You should hire a lawyer to represent you. If you are in Lancaster, I recommend that you think about hiring BASTA (a well known tenants' rights non-profit) that has an office up there.
