If you go to the USCIS website www.uscis.gov you can find the processing times for your case. You go to the link that says "sign up for case updates" (left hand side of the page) and that will take you to a page that will have "check processing times". You click that link and then go to the pull down menu that will give you the options to choose where you filed the case (Field Office or Service Center). Once you have chosen the correct place your case was filed, you can scroll down and find the types of forms that are being processed, and when. For instance, I-601s are being processed in the California Service Center in approximately 4 months. Did you hire an attorney to work with you on the case?

It is probably best to consult an attorney directly for information specific to your case, but in general, current USCIS processing times indicate that the service centers are taking 4 months to process I-601s. You can check processing times at the link below. Good luck!

I agree with Counsel Thomann that it may take several months or even longer in some cases. Please discuss the particulars with your attorney of record.

On average 4-6 months. However check with your counsel of record if you have one. USCIS provides a link re processing times and you will need to check off the center that you filed your I601 with.
