Pro bono attorney needed please! district court of Arizona

2 views 2 answers
Me & my wife have filed a pro se complaint in the district court of Arizona against various federal officials (Immigration) challenging the improperly handled and delayed process of I-130 and I-485 applications (10+ years), last step was the RULE 16 SCHEDULING ORDER and it was in my favor. Every time I go to the court, judge keep asking me that I need to have attorney presenting us, due to USCIS denying my work permit for the last 3 years and my wife is retired, we are in financial hardship to hire an attorney. We are looking for someone kind to help us and take our case in pro bono! Thank you

Pro bono means for the public good, Yours is a private dispute. You might try Legal Aid.

You might contact the Maricopa County Bar Association in Phoenix and ask for the names of attorneys who handle pro bono or reduced fee cases.
