my girlfriend is currently in jail. We are not married i signed the birth certificate if the dna test does not show that i am the father will i still have rights to my daughter who i have since birth and is now 3. do i need a lawyer to get full custody. she signed papers giving her mother temporary custody. how would i go about getting full custody
