this is supposedly from an insurance claim paid out in 2008 for a stolen vehicle that after about 3 or 4 months they said it wasnt stolen n that the lien holder repossessed it but it was already paid off n the lien holder has gone out of business..
Generally yes. A person can be arrested on a felony warrant in any state where they are found. Then the state that issued the warrant has a decision to make about whether an extradition will be done. You should really talk with a criminal defense lawyer face to face about this.
It depends. If there is a police encounter and it is known then there is likely to be an issue. Thats no way to live in fear. I agree, see an attorney.
Can this person be arrested? Absolutely! Will they? That answer depends on what database the driver's license is run under. Not all states communicate with each other. I can tell you that Bexar County does a good job of running your license as they frequently check the FBI database. We have an aggressive DA and as you can imagine, an even more aggressive police force. San Antonio is a hub for drugs and mafia so you can expect the felony warrant will be discovered. You should consult with an attorney to resolve this issue immediately or you risk sitting in jail without bond. Your fraud case sounds like a good one to defend! Good luck!
