Today date is 11/6/2012. Question what does, Case Status: Closed - Commitment issued 11-02-2012 mean??

It means the fine wasn't paid on time so the order for the contempt alternate jail sentence kicked in.

It means that a forfeiture (fine) was not paid by the 11/2 date and that a warrant (commitment) has been issued. It also means that the conviction was for a forfeiture non-criminal conviction. You can still pay the money and serving the time does not make the debt go away. I used to be the public defender in Oconto. They don't want to arrest you. They do want to be paid.
