Can someone qualify for the DACA if they have a high school diploma from a foreign country?

I have a high school diploma from a foreign country, I am wondering if that would be sufficient to apply for the DACA or should I try to obtain a GED as well?
There is no rule on the subject. However it appears to me that you would have to prove that your degree is the equivalent to a US High School Diploma. Moreover, if you did not live in the U.S. during high school, as a matter of discretion you should wonder if they would approve your case.
graduated from HS in USA or have a GED or be enrolled in a program. Also, if you graduated HS in a different country - you probably do not meet the entry age requirement. I would recommend speaking with an attorney.
I am concerned that, if you have a HS diploma from a foreign country ... you might not have been less than 16 when you entered the US.
Meet with an attorney.
