What happens if I ignore a jury duty. I am not a citizen and visa has expired?

Call the court or fill out the summons and return it staying you're not eligible to serve.

If I were you I would just ignore the summons. Don't worry, no one will come after you or look for you. At the same time, do not needlessly attract attention to yourself by contacting the court and notifying you are not a citizen. You never know where that information could end up.

You are not eligible to serve jury duty if you are not a citizen. If you keep ignoring it eventually the Clerk will take action against you. I suggest you send a letter explaining you are not a citizen.
