I dropped out of school on january 2011. I believe, since then am out of status..On March 2011 i mailed to university management regarding my status....they said it is likely that your sevis might have been terminated...and also replied saying we will update you on your status... but they never replied me back since then....I am sorry to say even i neglected and thought everythingz fine and okay ....and now my visa is about to expire next year june....and lately i came to know through forums & websites that i will be barred for 10 years for violation of status...and i cannot go back to my home country because i have fear of punishment from society and my family members...I am really disturbed not knowing what to do. Could you please suggest what possibilities i have to be in US...thanks!!

You have many things going on here. In my opinion a forum is not the best place for you right now. I would schedule an in person consultation with a competent attorney who can guide you on your options.

You uncle cannot sponsor you for a green card. As for your unlawful presence, you will not have accrued unlawfu l presence if you entered as F-1 and there is not an affirmative decision that your D/S admission was terminated. That is not to say that you will not have a hard time obtaining a visa in light of your disregard for the immigration laws.
