I got a DUI a little over 10 years ago.Nothing on my record sense.Can I get a Class 3 Weapons License??

My understanding of getting a Class 3 License is that it is the discretion of the party signing the license whether they will allow you to obtain the license with a criminal history. The person signing the license is usually a local chief of police, judge, sheriff, prosecutor, or state attorney general. It will be in their discretion whether they sign your application for the license. Since your history is only for a Class B misdemeanor that occurred over 10 years ago, you may have a chance of obtaining the Class 3 License.
