I applied for asylum back in 2011 a year ago during my F1 status. I was denied by the asylum officer. I live in different state now and there has been significant changes in my condition. Currently, I'm in my OPT which expires in next 4 months. Can I reapply asylum with the changes in the new state I live. Is it better to reappeal my asylum over staying my visa.

Generally you are required to file within one year of entry.However,since you held status even after denial and country conditions have changed you should be able to reapply.
