How can I find out whose name a bank account is in if I have the account and routing no.?

I am the victim of mortgage fraud and the person present false documentation to get my money from escrow and transfered it to her personal account. The escrow company made the mistake of forward the email with her account information still attached. I have the account and rounting #'s. I know the bank name and location. I called the bank and they confirmed that the account is not in her name or the companies name but they won't tell me what name, address or phone number it is in. Is there anyway I can aquire any of this information? FYI: I live in GA
