Can i fly domestic with just a foreign passport?

I need to fly with my daughter back to California, we entered the united states through plane over 10 years ago, and never left, my daughter has already went to immigration services about the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, we paid, and they told us she'd get her permit within 30-90 days, but we just have a notice, where immigration stamped it, and our passports have been renewed, is there a chance that immigration will stop us at the airport and deport us?

There's always a risk and no one can guarantee problem free travel, but if you're traveling from/to large/international airports then they're accustomed to seeing passports from all over the world and you might be ok.
