FL-190 is my divorce final? Under date marital status ends it shows Upon entry of Jdgmt. Shouldn't there be a specific date?

FL-190 has a box in the middle of the page called STATEMENT IN THIS BOX APPLIES ONLY TO JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION. Within that box it reads: Effective date of termination of marital or domestic partnership status: Upon entry of Jdgmt. FL-180 shows Marital partnership status is terminated and parties are restored to status of singl persons: Upon entry of Jdgmt even though it states to specify date.

The Fl-190 usually has a status ends date on it. So should the judgment. Weird the clerk did it thy way. Thus the date that the FILED stamp has is the effective date. For protection, you may want to go Ex Parte and have the judge sign and stamp a new judgment with the dates filled put properly using the intended date of what you received. I hope this is the BEST ANSWER and is marked as such.

I am sorry that your marriage did not work out and I hope that you are doing well. The date of dissolution of your marriage would be your court date and the final date is the judgemnt date as indicated on your documents. If there is a problem and you need to remarry during this period you should consult with the court for the exact date. take care and hope that things work out.
