I have not been paid in three months of termination of contract. Is there legal action I can take?

I was employed by Vector Marketing Corporation approximately three months ago. I was set under contract to demonstrate, with enthusiasm, CutCo. cutlery. I completed a total of ffour "qualified" presentations. I was texted via cell phone that I would not get credit for any of them. However, when I went in the office to quit the job, he contradicted his last statement saying he "will give me credit for them." He convinced me to continue with this job. I went on another week on the job and completed an additional 1 "qualified" presentation. He said I do not get credit because I rushed the presentation. He texted me that he will pay me for four presentations. However, due to a high dislike of the job, I finally went back to the office and quit. I have evidence of all but texts.

You have a few terms here that are clearly quite important. For example, why is the word "qualified" important to you in this case? Also what specifically were the agreed terms (written or not) as to how you would be paid? If you were an indpendent contractor you have one set of rights, if you were an employee, you have another. Regardless, if you didn't get paid at all, you clearly have a claim.
