I invested 40,000 dollars into real estate with was supposed to be my fiance.......he has made excuses why he cant put property
in my name i feel its an attempt to defraud what can i do

do have any written agreement in place with your "fiancee?" If not, it may be tough to get the money back. But you can take a shot in Chancery Court for a turnover order based on conversion, etc.
