If the estate is closed-the administrator was discharged from further duty or liability and the assets were distributed. The new owners can now sell the property.

If the probate has been closed, then the administrator of the estate has already been discharged. That means that the probate estate assets should have been transferred to the new title holders. You should be able to proceed however you wish with whatever property belongs to you.
This is a duplicate of your earlier question. You should already have authority and control, as my colleagues have again indicated. If it is not clear to you that this is the case, then I would suggest that you call your aunt or her attorney to make sure that this is true. If you cannot confirm that title has passed to the heirs, then you should contact your own attorney to find out where things stand.
