My husband died several months ago. Both of our cars are in his name only. How can I put them in my name? Also, we have an income property that this soley in his name, how can I change it in my name? Do I have to go to court?
The probate system is designed for really two reasons:
1. to re-title assets
2. to give creditors one last chance to collect.
