A Miami native, Jacky attended Yeshiva University, where he earned a degree in Political Science while competing as a member of the NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball team. He later attended The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he participated in clerkships with the United States Department of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Jacky graduated in 2017 with High Honors and received recognition as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar.
Following law school, Jacky served as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Florida. In that role, he handled felony cases from investigation through trial as first-chair counsel, gaining substantial courtroom and trial experience.
Before joining Zarco Einhorn Salkowski PA in April 2021, Jacky worked as an associate at a civil defense firm where he represented clients in state and federal civil litigation. Today, his work includes Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law matters, franchise-related disputes, and other complex business litigation. Based in Miami, he represents clients throughout Florida and nationally in matters involving business disputes, contractual issues, and corporate conflicts.
