She has significant experience in privacy and spam regulation and can advise on directors’ duties and a range of practical governance issues for both listed and unlisted companies.

Lyn has also assisted her clients in data breach planning, investigation and response, responding to regulator investigations and enquiries, and advising on data security advice and privacy reform compliance issues.
