- During his career representing personal injury and wrongful death clients and their families, Mr. Earle has handled cases involving automobile negligence, tractor-trailer negligence, motorcycle crashes, premises liability, railroad grade crossing crashes, negligent security, product liability, nursing home neglect/abuse, and medical malpractice
- Mr. Earle founded the law firm of Earle & Smith in Orlando, Florida and subsequently joined Morgan & Morgan’s Jacksonville office in 2013
- During his career, Mr. Earle has successfully obtained numerous awards and settlements in excess of one million dollars for his clients and their families
- He has also successfully obtained the first Plaintiff's verdict against Starbucks for a hot coffee burn case
- Since joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Earle has been focused on the fight for his clients who have been injured in automobile, motorcycle, truck, premises liability and negligent security cases
- In addition to the work on behalf of his clients, Mr. Earle serves as an Elder at Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church and also works to support the mission of Overseas Council in training Christian leaders in Cuba and around the world
