- As a prosecutor, Todd litigated and tried a variety of cases ranging from homicides, complicated fraud cases, narcotics trafficking cases and criminal sexual conduct cases, to general crimes
- Prior to leaving the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, he was promoted to Principal Attorney in charge of the Drug House Unit under Mike Duggan
- While in the Drug House Unit, Todd successfully litigated against absentee landowners, including the DNR and mortgage holders, to clean up blighted houses that were used to sell narcotics
- Since leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Todd has been recognized for litigating complicated civil claims, including wrongful death suits, civil rights violations and whistleblower actions
- Todd’s work has earned him the recognition amongst his peers as a Top Lawyer in the State of Michigan, A Fellow of the State Bar, an honor which is earned by less than one percent of the Bar, a Fellow of the Oakland County Bar, recognition from Crain’s Detroit Business as a top lawyer, multiple awards in the Super Lawyers publication, Lawyers Weekly Award as one of the Top Ten Lawyers of the Year in the State, along with many other honors and awards
