Should I ask for reconsideration for I140 EB1a? Is there a premium processing for reconsideration.

My I140 EB1a got denied, and I would like to apply for reconsideration. My concern is how long it takes before I can get an answer. Is there a premium processing for reconsideration? I waited for two years to get a REF after submission of application, and didn't get a decision 5 months after reply to REF. Finally got the decision via premium processing. I am worried that if no premium processing available for reconsideration, I could waste a lot of time on this.

This feels more like an Immigration problem than a WC issue. Please allow me to walk your question over to the brilliant minds of US Immigration Law for review and comment.

You should consult an immigration attorney to review your previously filed petition and provide you with the most appropriate strategy in handling your case.

Reconsideration might be a good idea if you are trying to preserve a date. Otherwise, it might be faster to submit a new application.
