She was in the hospital , had to have a c,section. 3 days later was released. But when she was home she was in constant pain and her wound was oozing puss , and very swollen. She was admitted again , although they won't tell her what she has she seems to have that infection mrsa. She is upset because her baby has not been able to be with her . Not able to breast feed her. She is1 week old and she really misses her ba by . Can she sew for malpractice?
