Judge did not allow me to present evidence of error nor even speak in Unlawful Detainer defense. Judgment to leave in 10 days.

Judgment to leave in ten days issued in court yesterday.Plaintiff is mother.She lied about existence of and nature of a rental agreement. I was not even in the state when she claims this agreement was made. Judge did not allow me to present ANY evidence nor allow me to defend her claims AT ALL. Displayed no knowledge of the nature of residency with my family. Mocked me. Inferred my mother was being gracious dropping back rent charge.Do not owe! Here just over 2 years, my 23 yr old daughter approx. 4 yrs. Complicated situation. Short list: harassment, threats, financial & emotional abuse & bugs (now gone). We have 2 cats, 1 dog, some cash. No "provable income" & promised time to do so changed often,now evicted & disabled. Must also sue.Help,recommend? Contingency, low cost, pro-bono?
