Is it possible to contest an eviction from a mobile home park when the landlord hasn't given prior warning to the eviction?

My brother has lived in a mobile home since our father died in 2006.We didn't inform management of this change; they have been accepting our rent checks since then. In 2010 he built a small shed in back of the lot. I moved from TX to the mobile in 2013. I had cancer surgery & treatment which necessitated staying w/my brother.Landlord gave 1 notice about these 3 issues (my brother was subletting from my father, the shed was built w/o city permits or permission from management & I am a guest staying w/o permission).We did receive one visit from a city inspector re: the setback for the shed (Nov 2014).We took down the shed according to the setback.Since receiving the eviction notice we've taken down the shed completely. In 2014 I bought my own place & am moving out. Wrote letter; no reply.
