File I-765 and Q10 for family members.

Hi im looking to file I-765 to get EAD for my family members, the case under my name and they are with me in same case, we applied together so we received one acknowledgement receipt when we did the filing for Asylum.
My question is when i file for my son to get EAD shall i use the A# of this acknowledgement receipt or i must use the A# that i found it in my son's I-797 form (Finger print letter), i found the last digit of his I-797 different than our acknowledgement receipt...please help and thank you so much.

Look more closely at the paperwork .. each person has a different A number.
Talk to an attorney if you can't find them.

The asylum acknowledgement receipt contains the A# of the principal applicant, yourself. The fingerprints letter in your son's name should contain his individual A#, which should be used to apply for his EAD by filing form I-765. Family members normally have a digit higher than that of the principal applicant, so if the principal's number ends in 151, his spouse's will end in 152 and children's - in 153, 154, etc.
