A company that handles medical files was hacked and my name, address, phone number, ss#, and medical info was stolen. Can I sue?

The company manages 300 medical offices. Only certain peoples information was stolen before they detected the invasion and I was told by someone from the help line that my info was definitely obtained by an unknown person/persons.
