My landlord wants me to leave the apartment due to bad plumbing coming down from my apartment. She gave me 2 weeks to move out. She never gave me a lease and I believe the apartment is illegal due to not having fire escapes and I dont have windows in my bedroom? Is she allowed to just throw me out of the apartment for a damage I didnt cause? What can I do? I also want to find out who to contact regarding apartment inspections.

It looks like you have several issues regarding this case. You should seriously consider consulting with a local attorney. What I will tell you is that according to the law a landlord cannot simply change the locks and throw a person on the street. A judge must sign an order, directing a tenant to vacate the premises by a certain date. This would only happen if a landlord files suit against a tenant for possession of the premises. There is a law that outlines all of the different grounds for a landlord to have a tenant evicted. Again, I would encourage you to consult with an attorney.
