My friend got an underage girl pregnant
my 20 year old friend who is in the military in New York state, got a 16 year old civilian pregnant, everything was consensual and they were both sober and not on drugs, she was fully capable of saying no if she would have chosen to but did not she completely agreed to it , the above mentioned U.S. Army solider does not have a criminal record. Were basically just wondering what different charges could be brought on him, including if they choose not to press charges and the state does, any information would be helpful
