When you were discharged from the USMCR with the Other Than Honorable Discharge, you also got a reenlistment eligibility (RE) code. Since you apparently did something during your military career which resulted in a adverse administrative action against you, I suspect your RE code is level 3 or 4, which probably means you will be ineligible to reenlist, unless you can get a waiver approved. Reenlistment waivers are issued by military recruiting and personnel commands on a case-by-case basis. Often times they depend on what you did wrong to precipitate the OTH, but waivers can also depend on your career skills and the needs of the military. You need to discuss this with a recruiter who can see what can be done for you.
