Can I sue a Plasma donation company for deferring me?

when getting my ''exam'' before i can donate........ i showed her all my tattoos that i have had for over 9 years!!! she then told me i was lying about when i got my tattoos. 1. i am from missouri so she can't even know when i got them. 2. there is NO WAY to tell by looking how long ago i received my tattoos. she kicked me out because the color on my 9 year old tattoo was to bright to be that old she says. I'd like to know what school she went to, to learn the magical way of knowing how new tattoos are. she pretty much called me a liar! and made a scene when i was leaving. It's not right.
