on 2008 Federal Immigration Officer threaten my employer to withdraw my immigration petition or otherwise their business will be in damage, I filed compliant about this power abuse/violation at the time of fact. but at that time I don’t have any prove about this facts other than word of mouthon 2012 the investigation of the civil rights complaint completed, it prove the facts.on 2012 Immigration Officer continuing deny my application without valid reason.in 2012, it came in my hand documents prove that immigration officer has committed forgery in my paper. I was not aware about this forgery before this date.Q: Can I still file a lawsuit? when the time should start? from first date, or from the date they continued deny the application? or from the date I become aware of the forgery?

I am not an immigration attorney, but I would think before filing a lawsuit that you should sit down with an immigration attorney and discuss the status if your claim and the efficacy of suing on the purported proof you have.

It depends, and the facts are not entirely clear in your question. There are a number of complicated statutes that may apply, including the Federal Tort Claims Act, as well as other statutes that may establish statutes of limitations, depending on the exact type of legal claim that you want to bring. I would immediately consult with a civil rights litigation attorney in the Phoenix area to determine your rights and any procedural timelines that may or may not affect your potential case.

I agree with the other attorneys responses, you need to give this some further consdieration and discuss the case with an experienced attorney as soon as possible.
