Is it illegal to have anything Handwritten on a Drug Test Results Sheet?
On our Onsite Drug Test Results Sheet (OTP Methadone Clinic) PCP was crossed out and OXY100 was Handwritten in next to it with black ink pen.

It depends upon who wrote it and whether it was fraudulent. For example, it would be illegal for someone to write incorrect information. However, just correct handwritten information may not be illegal.
