What form(s) do I need to submit to the Hawaii Circuit Court to sue a corporation and to obtain a court appointed attorney? As I am having difficulty obtaining a lawyer and refuse to let this corporation get away with any further harassment or unprofessional behavior regarding the environment of their employees.

Let me give you some pointers as your facts give no facts as to the nature of your dispute, how you are connected to the corporation (e.g. ex employee or vendor, etc.) and what you want to accomplish in terms of getting money for yourself or seeking to stop them from harming the environment as I glean from your post. 1. A court does not appoint a lawyer for you when you seek to be the plaintiff suing a corporation. You are confusing criminal law where the defendant has no resources to hire a lawyer to defend. 2. if you have limited resources then you can consider reaching out to the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii (see link) http://www.legalaidhawaii.org/ 3. if your grievance is environmentally focused w/o you seeking compensation for yourself then you should contact your State's Attorney General's offices as they can direct you where to go or perhaps even take up the sword to advance the case for the benefit of society and not just you personally. Perhaps you may want to provide additional facts and info to better focus the avvo community to be able to provide you better information than I can provide guessing at your situation.

The above answer is excellent, and I have little to add. I did find two other resources for people who need to either find a lawyer or cannot afford a lawyer: Volunteer Legal Services Hawai'i: http://www.vlsh.org/home/ And the Hawai'i State Bar has a lawyer referral service: http://www.hawaiilawyerreferral.com/ With both organizations, a brief description of the situation at your workplace should help the intake person make a better recommendation or find an appropriate attorney. Good luck!
