What are my options with suing him/taking action against him and the Order of protection etc.?

For the last year I have been a stay at home mother. My soon to be ex-husband started his affair when I was 7 months pregnant, moved out 5 days before our 3rd child was born, served me with divorce paperwork a month after she was born, lied about the tax return money and took 90% of it and gave me a fraction. Also, he was picking up the kids and tricked me into opening up the front door again to be served with a Order of Protection in front of our children. The Order of Protection is based off of false information and he did it to protect himself from me going to his military command to get him and his coworker that he's having an affair with, in trouble. He moved away to a different state due to military and so did I. Can I sue for intentional infliction of emotional distress?

Generally, no. You do not indicate that you are represented by counsel here, as you do in your other question. If you have an attorney, you really should direct these questions to him/her.
