is addressed as "NOTICE OF OUTCOME OF ORIGINAL SERVICE (PLN)-A1". What does this mean? Should I go to court, even though I wasn't served?

Without looking at the full docket entries, it is difficult to determine exactly what "NOTICE OF OUTCOME OF ORIGINAL SERVICE (PLN)-A1" may mean. You can call the local Clerk of the District Court's office and they should be able to answer the question. If you were not served and if there is no indication that the Court believes you were served, then it does not appear that you have to go to the hearing. It may be useful to go to the courthouse where the case is proceeding and look at the papers which were filed against you to learn more about the claims. Those records are in the District Court Clerk's office and they are open, public records.
