Get those items corrected and signed off by police agency. You will only have to pay $25 for each correction- otherwise you might be looking at a significant fine.

You can't get a dismissal simply by selling the car.

Before you sell the car, you drive it over to the law enforcement agency that issued the tickets. Bring your citation with you. They will come out and inspect the vehicle. If you have indeed corrected the items, they sign off on the back of the citation. You then take that citation (after taking a copy of both sides for your record) to the traffic window at the appropriate courthouse and file it. You can inquire of the court if there is a fee in light of the fix. You will not be responsible for the full ticket cost if it was a fix-it ticket and you took care of within the prescribed time frame. Then you sell the car.
