I am looking to take Verizon Wireless to small Claims because they have added charges to my bill that I feel are not warranted. After trying to speak to Customer Service I got no where so now this is my only option left.

1. Examine documentation pertaining to your wireless account to determine the precise name of the relevant Verizon entity. 2. Do a search for that entity at the site linked below. 3. The Agent for Service of Process for the retrieved entity is the party that should be served at the Agent Address. 4. If the agent is a registered entity (such as C T Corporation System), then look that entity up (#2 above) and serve the agent at the agent's address (#3 above).

In all likelihood, there's probably a mandatory arbitration clause included in a Verizon contract, so you may want to look into that first.
