Are there any laws in California allowing cancellation of a cell phone contract after the carrier's 14 day return policy?

I recently switched cell phone carriers from T-Mobile to Sprint. Sadly, the coverage in my area is terrible with Sprint and I now want to go back. There is a 14 day return policy but by the time I decided to switch back, it was already ~20 days into the contract. There were a lot of mentions online to a so called "wireless bill of rights" which mandates a 30 day cancellation however Sprint repeatedly denied the law's existence and stated that their 14 day return policy was final. After over 2 hours arguing, I gave up and tried their steps to "fix" my phone which didn't help at all. Now I'm about ~45 days into the contract looking for a way out without paying the $350 ETF. Speaking to T-Mobile today, they informed my of a 90 day CA buyer's remorse law. Does that exist? What are my options?

Have T Mobile give you the citation to it and then you will know if it exists.

I agree that you should contact T-Mobile and ask them to provide you with the authority for the 90 Day Remorse Law. I doubt that they will be able to provide it. That being said, the article provided by Mr. Pedersen is interesting and worth a shot.
