Lawsuit against Honda.BBC Auto line (lemon Law) gave me wrong information continue with my case 6 month waist of time.

"HELP" pls. I have Honda Civic 2010 bought brand new 25000 mile as of today. Since day one had problem with car did complain n give my car to dealer so far they keep on saying everything is fine. after 4 attempt frnd advise me to call Orange law. They took my case working with them Honda called me in mean time n ask to give a dealer to check problem. they find few still not fixed. Like Vibration, SRS Light, Passenger airbag off/on. I had to go out of country mean time case closed. when i came back reopen my case with BBC Auto. Honda is still calling me trying to make a deal ,offer me 1yr extended warranty but i refuse to take as of cars is giving me so much problem. after 6month of wasted time and lots of stress . BBC not help out n close my case. Am i eligible for lawsuit against HONDA
