Received legal documents from employer

My employer is under lawsuit with the FTC for illegal payday loans. All employees received a Stipulated order for permanent injunction and judgment to sign. The document states that employees can be questioned by the FTC without notice. The document also states that my employee must hand over all of their employees personal files which include name, addresses and phone numbers etc. Question is can we be fired for no signing this document and if so could it be means for a lawsuit against our employer?
