NJ Special Civil Part Complaint. Do I file an answer and then follow with a motion to dismiss?

How/when do I demand Pressler and Pressler produce the documents/printout as required by NJ Part 6:6 or (15 U.S. Code § 1637)? It looks like this doesn't happen in my answer. My answer says deny deny deny or not...also...what do I say about the last four digits of ss number? Looks like I should say "maybe" do I outright deny it? Then how/when do I assert the statute of limitation question?...and that's after I deny the account ever existed....sorry, if I had the dollars, I would much prefer to just pay for an attorney to take care of this.

This is not a simple situation. You need to hire an attorney to represent you. You are dealing with an experienced law firm, and you do not have the expertise to handle this on your own. Good luck.

I need all of the facts, but based on your information: Yes you need to file an Answer, but this is serious . You need to hire an attorney as there is an experienced law firm on the other side.
