I've a company registered in Nevada. I'm selling marketing courses and I've called this series of courses TBPBA University. Someone told me that I cannot use the word University in all USA because I need a license. My company do not contain the word university in the legal name. Please let me know if I need to change the name of my series of courses. To work in all the US of America. Thank you.
