I am sorry to hear of your loss and that your wife left some untied loose ends behind. If your wife's lawsuit is already pending, the potential recovery that may come from it now belongs to her estate. In order to collect it, you must petition the Nevada Probate Court in the county of her residency at the time of her passing to open a formal probate of her estate, and pursue the litigation on the estate's behalf. As the widower, you would be the natural person to file such a petition and become the personal representative of the estate to secure a settlement or judgment for her damages. The proceeds would then be disbursed to her legal heirs or her named beneficiaries, if she died with a will or trust in place. You need to consult a Nevada attorney experienced in probate AND personal injury actions (to work closely with the lawyer currently representing her interests in the personal injury or product liability suit). Talk first with the attorney handling the action against the pharmaceutical company. His/her firm may have a probate department or a partner/associate who can efficiently open the probate alongside the other attorney seeking the drug company settlement. If not, the probate may otherwise be simple enough to enable another attorney to competently handle it so there is a legally-recognized estate to which the settlement/judgment may be paid and from which it can be disbursed to those she left behind.
