If you lost a case and they have sent a demand for payment or started collection actions, you either come to an agreement and pay or consider filing bankruptcy (if dischargeable). An appeal will not help because you will need a bond to stop the collection pending the appeal.

I would repost your question in a more clearly indicated format. You lost a lawsuit and can't pay the amount of the judgment? The plaintiff can require for you to fill out interrogatories. The Plaintiff can ask for a writ of garnishment of your employment benefits. The Plaintiff can file a writ of garnishment against any bank account. There are an assortment of options available.
